Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Car Detailer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality detailing services for both interior and exterior of vehicles, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to our standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for automotive care.
Responsibilities:
Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests. Operate buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations. Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles. Perform thorough cleaning and detailing services, including but not limited to waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior detailing. Communicate with vehicle owners to clarify specific requirements, discuss concerns, and provide time and cost estimates for additional services. Collaborate with other detailers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and tools, ensuring adequate stocks are available for all detailing tasks. Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage before and after detailing, ensuring that all standards are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Car Detailer or similar role. Familiarity with the techniques and materials used in car detailing. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent results.
