Overview We are seeking a motivated Wash Bay Technician to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and presentation of our vehicles. This role involves maintaining vehicle appearance through thorough cleaning, detailing, and buffing, while adhering to safe work practices. Duties Perform vehicle washes using professional car wash equipment, ensuring all vehicles are spotless and presentable Conduct detailed cleaning and buffing of vehicle exteriors using automotive buffers and detailing tools Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Assist with window tinting and other minor vehicle cosmetic enhancements as needed Safely handle heavy lifting tasks related to equipment setup or moving supplies within the wash bay Follow all safety protocols and safe work practices to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Support vehicle cleanliness maintenance by inspecting vehicles for dirt or damage and reporting issues promptly Skills Knowledge of safe work practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Experience in auto detailing facilities or car wash environments preferred Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with team members and visitors Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning or equipment setup Familiarity with automotive buffers, detailing, buffing, cleaning, and custodial tasks Experience with window tinting or related cosmetic vehicle enhancements is a plus Valid driving license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles or supplies as required Join us in delivering top-quality vehicle presentation while maintaining a safe, efficient wash bay environment!
