In this role, you will travel to customers' homes, workplaces, and other locations to provide professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing services. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, communicates professionally, and can deliver a high-quality customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working independently, and being part of a growing mobile detailing company. Responsibilities Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing. Wash, vacuum, wipe down, clean, and sanitize vehicles according to company procedures. Clean wheels, tires, windows, carpets, upholstery, dashboards, and interior surfaces. Use detailing tools, chemicals, and equipment safely and correctly. Inspect each vehicle before and after completing the service. Ensure the customer is satisfied with the completed work. Handle reasonable customer touch-ups when required. Keep the detailing vehicle, equipment, tools, and storage areas clean and organized. Return all equipment and supplies to their proper location after each job. Take clear before-and-after photos when required. Communicate professionally with customers and the PCG Detailing team. Arrive on time and follow the daily appointment schedule. Work effectively both independently and alongside another detailer. Report equipment issues, vehicle damage, customer concerns, or service problems immediately. Maintain a positive attitude and provide the level of service you would expect to receive as a customer. Qualifications Previous auto detailing, car washing, or vehicle cleaning experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Professional and respectful when communicating with customers. Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions. Able to perform physical work, including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting detailing equipment. Able to work independently without constant supervision. Willing to learn PCG Detailing's service standards and cleaning process. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred. Reliable transportation to the assigned meeting point or work location may be required.
