Full Job Description Position Summary:

City Experiences is seeking a motivated Seasonal Boat Cleaner to join our team in Marina Del Rey. We are looking for dependable self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a positive attitude. Your primary goal is to ensure our vessels, piers, and facilities remain clean and "Show Ready" at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness of common areas (restrooms, offices, dining areas, hallways), including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, and emptying trash. Keep vessels, piers, and facilities in pristine condition. Perform basic repairs and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues. Safely scale ladders and lift to 50 pounds. Strictly adhere to all safety practices, policies, and procedures. Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 1 year of cleaning or maintenance experience is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Functional knowledge of power tools.

Communication:

Strong communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical:

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders daily.
