Hertz:

Prepare vehicles to be ready for rent and customer pick up Maintain a fast-paced workflow while delivering Hertz Gold Clean standards, with a target of 5 rental-ready vehicles per hour Conduct basic vehicle safety checks , including inspecting dashboard warning lights, tire condition, and fuel and fluid levels to ensure vehicles are safe , rental-ready, and meet customer satisfaction Work outside in all weather conditions Transport vehicles throughout lot Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Be at least 20 years of age High School diploma or general equivalency diploma required.

What You'll Get:

Hourly Rate:

$18.50

Overtime Pay:

Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)

Holiday Pay:

Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)

Sick Pay:

Granted Up to 48 hours Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)
