At least 1 year of experience as an auto detailer or similar roleAbility to operate both manual and automatic vehiclesKnowledge of cleaning products and techniques for various vehicle surfacesAbility to use a range of detailing equipment, such as pressure washers, polishers, and vacuumsGood physical condition with the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of timeStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficientlyGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to maintain a clean and organized workspaceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work outside in various weather conditionsAll applicants must be authorized to work in the USAAbility to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's licenseMust have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under shop insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary) Essential Duties, but not limited to: Perform detailed cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicles to a high standard of cleanliness and appearanceRemove dirt, grime, and stains from vehicles using a range of cleaning products and equipmentVacuum and shampoo carpets and upholsteryClean windows, mirrors, and other interior surfacesApply protective coatings to paint, leather, and other surfaces as requiredInspect vehicles for damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisorMaintain a clean and organized work environmentWork efficiently to meet daily production targetsAdhere to company safety protocols and proceduresOther duties as assigned
