Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Washer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining our reputation for excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle detailing, customer interaction, and automotive cleanliness, all within a fast-paced, friendly environment. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing to ensure a spotless appearance Use appropriate tools and cleaning products for exterior washing, buffing, and polishing to enhance vehicle shine Conduct window tinting procedures when required, ensuring proper application without damage or bubbles Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and sanitized after use Assist customers with vehicle-related questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner Support other team members with additional custodial or janitorial tasks as needed to uphold the cleanliness standards of the facility Drive vehicles safely within the premises when necessary for moving or positioning vehicles for cleaning Qualifications Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, and vacuums effectively Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and care techniques including window tinting is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is desirable for moving vehicles safely around the lot Ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Join us in creating a positive experience for every customer by ensuring their vehicles look their best!
