The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, treats every vehicle with care, and understands the importance of providing a great customer experience. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and leaving every vehicle looking its best.

Flexible Scheduling:

We offer flexible hours, allowing team members to set their availability and work around their personal schedule. This position can be a great fit for someone looking for part-time work, a flexible side job, or additional income. Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior hand washes, drying, wheel and tire cleaning, and finishing services. Clean and detail vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, carpets, upholstery, dashboards, doors, windows, and other surfaces. Use professional detailing equipment, tools, and cleaning products safely and effectively. Perform basic polishing, buffing, and paint-care services as trained. Follow established detailing procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Safely travel to and work at customer locations. Handle detailing equipment and supplies, including lifting and transporting equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean and store equipment after each service. Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Polished & Pampered's quality standards. Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and answer basic questions about services. Represent Polished & Pampered in a professional manner at every customer appointment. Qualifications & Skills Previous car washing, detailing, automotive, or related experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions. Able to safely lift, carry, and transport detailing equipment and supplies. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Ability to work independently while following instructions and company standards. Professional communication and customer service skills.
