Role Description We are looking for a full-time, on-site Automotive Detailer to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. This hands-on role focused on maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our specialty, exotic, luxury, and collector vehicles throughout the sales process, as well as ensuring sold vehicles are thoroughly detailed and ready for their new owners. You will work alongside our existing detailer and the broader warehouse team. This position will primarily focus on maintaining vehicles after they have been photographed, keeping our showroom inventory clean and presentation-ready, preparing vehicles for client showings, and taking ownership of final detailing prior to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Routinely inspecting, dusting, and wiping down vehicles to ensure they remain display ready Cleaning and preparing vehicles before client appointments and showings Taking ownership of the thorough final detail on sold vehicles prior to client pick-up or transport Ensuring vehicle interiors, exteriors, wheels, tires, glass, trim, door jambs, and all other surfaces are clean before delivery Supporting our existing detailer with vehicle preparation as workload requires Safely maneuvering vehicles around the facility, including specialty and high-value vehicles Identifying and communicating cosmetic concerns, damage, or other issues noticed Keeping detailing areas clean, organized, and properly stocked Coordinating with the sales, warehouse, photography, and warehouse teams to prioritize vehicles based on appointments, sales, and delivery schedules Preferred Qualifications Previous automotive detailing experience required Experience working with luxury, exotic, classic, or collector vehicles is a plus Knowledge of proper exterior and interior detailing techniques and products Exceptional attention to detail Comfortable handling and working around high-value vehicles Valid Driver's Licence Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred Strong communication skills, reliable, proactive, and team-oriented Ability to own recurring responsibilities and changing priorities independently
