Whether it's a Cadillac headed to a loyal luxury buyer or a GMC truck being returned after service, the presentation has to be right every time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detail work on new, used, and service vehicles
• washing, vacuuming, polishing, and protecting to dealership standards
• Prepare vehicles for guest delivery
• ensuring every car is clean, presentable, and ready to make a strong first impression
• Apply paint protection, fabric protection, and aftermarket appearance products as directed
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic issues during the detail process
• scratches, stains, and odors
• addressing or escalating appropriately
• Operate detail equipment including pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and steam cleaners safely and effectively
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe detail bay and work area throughout every shift
• Coordinate with service advisors, sales staff, and porters to prioritize vehicle readiness and meet delivery timelines
• Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No prior detailing experience required
• previous cleaning, detailing, car wash, or fleet service experience is a strong plus
• A high personal standard for quality
