Job Description Fresh Fenders is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Car Wash Attendant to join our team. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests' vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers at the pay station, offer unlimited monthly memberships, and upsell single washes Load vehicles into the tunnel, ensure customer follows prompts before sending vehicles, use high pressure hose to rinse vehicle of any visible dirt before wash Ensure parking lot is clean of any debris, towels bins are stocked and vacuums are free of any clogs Disinfect dog wash rooms and stock with clean towels, treats and paper towels Perform end of day duties including emptying garbage/vacuums, cleaning the tunnel and putting away towels, bins and air hoses. Basic detailing on vehicles who get an Express Detail Service, which includes vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning mats, wiping windows etc. Qualifications Previous experience is a plus but not required. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. High standard of customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 30lbs
