We have a LIMITED number of positions available exclusively for detail-obsessed cleaners who are TOTALLY picking up what we are laying down! What You'll Be Doing Unlike basic office cleaning or quick vacation rental tidies, our mid-term rental turnovers require a blend of heavy "elbow grease" deep cleaning and precision 5-star hotel staging:
Deep Turnover Cleaning:
Vacuum, mop, scrub, dust, clear pet hair, and clean kitchen cookware, appliances, and bathrooms inside and out after 1-to-6-month stays. 5-
Star Staging & Reset:
Move lightweight items/rugs to clean underneath, then return everything precisely to its proper place to match listing photos (decor, TV remotes, lighting).
Linen & Bedding Care:
Strip, launder, and remake beds with fresh, hotel-quality linens.
Pre-QA Readiness:
Complete turn assignments within designated 1-to-3-day turnover windows, ensuring the home is fully prepped for final Quality Assurance checks before guest arrival.
Property Care:
Secure buildings and report maintenance needs or damaged inventory immediately. Requirements (2 options) 1. 1099 Subcontractor Requirements (Independent Business)

Proven Experience:

Tools & Supplies:
