Day shifts with steady hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning duties (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and deep cleaning). Follow daily routes and assignments efficiently and on time. Maintain a professional, polite, and respectful demeanor at all times inside clients' properties. Carefully inspect and handle client property, reporting any pre-existing conditions or accidental damages immediately to management. Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards, including safe chemical handling and proper dress code.
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Form I-9 verification required). Must have reliable transportation to travel to various work locations/routes.
Absolute Punctuality and Reliability:
Must be ready to start shifts at the scheduled time. Strong attention to detail and physical stamina for manual labor. Ability to follow strict company policies regarding privacy, cell phone usage, and safety. Experience in professional cleaning is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important! Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
