We've been doing this for six years and our reputation is built on customers noticing the small stuff the door jambs, the seat rails, the glass with no streaks. We're looking for an experienced detailer who already works to that standard. What the job is Full interior and exterior details on vehicles, in the shop and occasionally on-site (mobile) Production standard: 2-3 complete details per shift. This is a firm expectation, not a stretch goal. Prep support for paint correction and ceramic coating work as needed Keeping your bay, tools, and chemicals clean and organized Who we're looking for Real detailing experience you know the process, the products, and how to hit a quality bar without being told twice Reliable and consistent. You show up on time, every scheduled day. Care about the finished product. If you'd be embarrassed handing the keys back, you're not done. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (you'll move customer vehicles) Able to be on your feet all day and work in a shop environment What we offer $19-$20/hour to start, based on experience Paid weekly Full-time or part-time schedules available Small team, direct access to the owner, and room to move into paint correction and coatings if you want to grow To apply: Send your resume and a short note on your detailing experience where you've worked, what you did, and how many vehicles a day you were doing.
