Duties Perform exterior washing of vehicles using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to remove dirt, grime, and contaminants. Conduct vehicle paint correction procedures to restore paint clarity and shine, utilizing automotive buffing tools and techniques. Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring overall cleanliness. Apply window tinting film with precision to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy. Operate manual transmissions safely while maneuvering vehicles within the auto detailing facility. Use automotive buffers and polishing compounds to achieve a high-gloss finish on vehicle exteriors. Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the detailing process by following proper cleaning protocols and using appropriate products. Handle heavy lifting tasks safely when moving or positioning vehicles or equipment within the facility. Utilize various cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, steam cleaners, and detailing tools efficiently. Follow safe work practices at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during detailing procedures. Assist with janitorial tasks around the auto detailing facility to ensure a clean and organized work environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and explaining detailing services offered. Qualifications Proven experience in auto detailing or related roles within an auto detailing facility or car wash environment. Knowledge of standard passenger car operation and safe work practices in an automotive setting. Skilled in vehicle exterior washing, interior detailing, buffing, and paint correction techniques. Familiarity with automotive buffers, polishing compounds, cleaning equipment, and detailing products. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of routine duties. Experience with window tinting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving high-quality results. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Basic understanding of manual transmission operation when necessary for vehicle handling.
