Starting at $15/hour + tips Paid training provided, with the opportunity for a pay increase after successful completion of training. Responsibilities Assist with residential and short-term rental cleaning Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and remove trash Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures Take required job photos Report damages or maintenance concerns Maintain high cleaning standards Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation Current auto insurance Reliable smartphone Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to perform physical cleaning duties Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team No professional cleaning experience required — we provide paid training.
