Founding Auto Detailing Specialist | New Castle, Delaware The Vision MKM360 is expanding. We are officially launching an elite auto detailing division (MKM360 Motorworks) based out of our New Castle location, and we are looking for more than just an employee—we are looking for a founding partner in excellence. This is a true start-up position . The shop is in its final stages, and we are currently ramping up to market MKM360 Motorworks to the public. You won't just be detailing cars; you will be the architect of a new business unit.

The Opportunity:

If you are "just a worker" looking for an established routine where you can clock in, work set hours, and collect a guaranteed check— this is not the option for you. That mindset does not work here. We are seeking an ambitious specialist who understands that they are walking into a ground-floor startup, not an established corporate position. For the person interested in helping grow the business and participating in profit sharing , this is a direct path to a Detailing Manager position. You will have the financial backing, infrastructure, and reputation of MKM360 AutoWorks, but you must bring the grit to build the division from scratch (with our help of course).

Key Responsibilities Master-Level Detailing & Service Precision Execution:

Perform high-end interior/exterior detailing, advanced paint correction, and ceramic coating applications to a "showroom" standard.

Facility Management:

Maintain an immaculate workspace and ensure all equipment is serviced and ready.

Client Relations:

Conduct professional vehicle walk-throughs and consult with clients on specialized service packages.

Strategic Business Development Growth Mindset:

Actively help build and leverage a local customer base in New Castle. This will include the general public, local Car Clubs and Auto Dealerships.

Collaborative Strategy:

Work directly with MKM360 leadership to refine service menus, pricing models, and operational workflows.

Marketing Integration:

Provide input on a fully funded marketing budget designed to drive high-value leads to our door.

Qualifications Entrepreneurial Spirit:

The Portfolio:

Proven professional experience with a strong gallery of previous work (high-end or exotic vehicle experience preferred).

Technical Mastery:

Expert knowledge of paint correction, ceramic coatings, and the latest detailing chemistry.

Professionalism:

Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Logistics:
