This is a hands-on position combining professional auto detailing, customer service, service sales, and automotive detailing product sales . Previous auto detailing experience is required. Applicants must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Duties & Responsibilities Perform professional interior and exterior auto detailing Wash, vacuum, shampoo, and deep clean customer vehicles Clean carpets, seats, mats, dashboards, consoles, windows, wheels, tires, and exterior surfaces Perform clay treatments, waxing, polishing, and paint enhancement as assigned Safely operate polishers, extractors, vacuums, pressure washers, and detailing equipment Properly use professional detailing chemicals and products Inspect vehicles before and after detailing services Maintain high standards for quality, speed, and attention to detail Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service Help customers select the appropriate car wash and detailing services Recommend upgrades and additional services based on vehicle condition Sell automotive detailing products, chemicals, tools, and accessories Explain how detailing products are used and recommend the appropriate products for each customer's needs Use hands-on detailing knowledge to answer customer product questions Process product and service sales accurately Stock and organize detailing products and merchandise Maintain clean and organized detailing bays, equipment, displays, and work areas Assist with inventory and restocking as needed Assist other team members and remain productive throughout the shift Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and management instructions Qualifications & Requirements Previous professional auto detailing experience required Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Knowledge of professional detailing chemicals, products, tools, and equipment Comfortable selling both detailing services and automotive detailing products Polishing and paint correction experience is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the shift Able to work indoors and outdoors in Florida weather Must maintain a professional appearance This is not just a detailing position. We are looking for an experienced detailer who can work on vehicles, communicate confidently with customers, recommend services, and sell professional detailing products.
