We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auto Detailer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring and maintaining the appearance of customer vehicles through professional cleaning, polishing, paint protection, and detailing services. This is a paid position offering opportunities for skill development, hands-on training, and career growth within the automotive appearance industry. Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior and interior vehicle cleaning, including washing, vacuuming, shampooing, and detailing. Apply professional detailing techniques such as polishing, buffing, waxing, ceramic coatings, and paint protection treatments. Clean and condition vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, leather, plastics, and trim surfaces. Install window tint with precision and attention to detail. Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper care and storage of tools and equipment. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring satisfaction with completed services. Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery when necessary while following all company safety policies. Support team members with additional detailing, car wash, and shop maintenance duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing, car washing, custodial services, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with buffing, polishing, ceramic coatings, paint correction, or window tinting is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
