Job Description As an Automotive Detail and Polish Technician, you will be responsible for performing prep washes, full detailing services, and paint enhancement work to prepare vehicles for PPF, ceramic coating, and tint installations. This role plays a critical part in the overall production process by ensuring every vehicle meets Detailers of Naples quality standards before moving to the next stage. You will be expected to work with speed, precision, and consistency while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough prep washes including decontamination, iron removal, and clay bar treatments to properly prepare vehicles for protection services Complete full interior and exterior detailing services to restore and maintain vehicle condition Execute light polishing and paint enhancement services as needed to improve vehicle finish Consistently meet production goals of 3 to 5 prep vehicles plus one full detail per day Follow all company SOPs for wash, prep, detailing, and polishing processes Use the company quality control checklist on every vehicle to ensure consistency and accuracy Inspect vehicles for pre existing damage prior to service and document any findings Maintain all detailing equipment, tools, and chemicals in clean working condition Keep wash bay and detailing areas clean, organized, and operating at company standards at all times Communicate with team members and management on vehicle status, timing, and any issues that may affect workflow Support PPF, ceramic coating, and tint teams by ensuring vehicles are properly prepped and delivered on schedule Follow all safety procedures and proper handling of chemicals and equipment Work efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and finish quality Represent Sarasota Auto Defense with professionalism, pride, and a commitment to delivering a top level customer experience

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
