Mobile Auto Detailer — $25/hr W-2 + Weekly Pay

We're hiring experienced mobile auto detailers in Las Vegas. You own the van and pressure washer — we handle customer acquisition, booking, materials, and gas. Show up, do premium work, get paid every Friday.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Pre-booked jobs daily (zero cold-calling, zero chasing customers) All detailing supplies — ceramic coatings, chemicals, towels, applicators Paid gas and mileage reimbursement (within 15mi of your home base) $25/hr W-2 pay (not 1099) • Direct deposit every Friday Upsell bonus: $20-$50 per job on tier upgrades and add-ons Full liability + garage-keepers insurance (you're covered every job)

WHAT YOU BRING

Reliable work van or SUV (must fit full detailing gear) Pressure washer in working condition 1+ years of auto detailing experience Valid Nevada driver's license + clean MVR Professional, customer-facing attitude Full-time availability (40+ hours per week) Nice to have (not required): Ceramic coating experience (Gyeon, Gtechniq, CarPro) Paint correction or machine polishing skills IDA certification

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive to 1-2 scheduled jobs per day across Las Vegas / Henderson / Summerlin / North Las Vegas Complete full interior + exterior details, ceramic coatings, and paint correction Take before/after photos for customer records Offer upsells on qualifying vehicles Maintain a clean van and professional appearance
