Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced mobile detailer to provide high-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing services at clients' locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car wash, detailing, buffing, and custodial work, with excellent customer service skills. This role involves traveling to various sites to deliver professional vehicle care, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the appearance of a wide range of vehicles. Responsibilities Perform thorough car washes, interior and exterior detailing, and buffing to restore vehicles' appearance Apply cleaning products and techniques to ensure optimal results while protecting vehicle surfaces Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment during and after service Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded Safely operate company vehicles to travel between client locations efficiently and responsibly Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to vehicle detailing and driving Requirements Proven experience in car wash, detailing, buffing, or custodial work, with a focus on vehicle care Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks including interior vacuuming and polishing Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Janitorial or custodial experience is a plus Ability to work independently in various outdoor environments and adapt to different vehicle types Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and perform repetitive motions efficiently
