We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Exterior Yacht Detailer who takes pride in transforming and maintaining high-end vessels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, focused, determined, physically capable, professional, and brings a positive attitude to every job.
Experience with machine polishing, buffing, waxing, compounding, and oxidation removal is highly valued.
This position includes:
Performing complete exterior yacht washdowns and drying Cleaning decks, hulls, non-skid surfaces, windows, railings, and exterior seating areas Polishing stainless steel, metal fixtures, and exterior surfaces Removing salt, dirt, water spots, stains, and surface buildup Assisting with waxing, buffing, compounding, and oxidation removal based on experience Using marine-safe products, tools, and equipment correctly Protecting paint, gelcoat, teak, glass, upholstery, and surrounding marina property Setting up, organizing, and properly storing hoses, cords, supplies, and equipment Following detailed service checklists and company quality standards Taking clear before-and-after photos of completed work Reporting damage, maintenance concerns, or supply needs immediately Working safely and efficiently at marinas and yacht locations throughout the area This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and wants to grow within the luxury marine industry. We need someone who arrives on time and ready to work, remains focused throughout the job, has open availability, supports the team, and understands that every surface and finishing touch matters when caring for high-end vessels. Previous yacht, boat, marine, pressure-washing, or automotive detailing experience is preferred but training may be available for the right candidate. We expect reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn.Experience with machine polishing, buffing, waxing, compounding, and oxidation removal is highly valued.
