Position Overview:

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals who are committed to growing within our company. We are not hiring short-term or seasonal employees. This is a 1099 contractor position, and all staff is paid weekly. Responsibilities:

Perform routine yacht detailing, including washing, waxing, buffing, and interior cleaning Assist with ceramic coating applications and polishing techniques (training provided) Learn and participate in full-service yacht management tasks beyond detailing Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail Work efficiently and as part of a team to meet high standards and deadlines Ensure all work areas remain clean and organized Follow safety procedures and proper handling of chemicals and equipment

What We're Looking For:

A passion for boats, the ocean, or yachting—this is key to enjoying and excelling in this role Strong work ethic and ability to push through physically demanding tasks, especially during Florida's hot summers A willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team that supports each other A heart for service—both in our work and within the community Ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Reliable transportation to job sites ranging from primarily Sarasota to Tampa.
