Automotive Detailer Reports to: Detail Manager About us : Car Shield Reconditioning is a full-service automotive reconditioning company. We have an exceptional reputation in the Greater Tampa Bay area which has led to several beautiful partnerships with some of the largest local Automotive Groups. We are poised for growth and would love to discuss how you can fit in to our family.
Job Summary:
Clean vehicles according to company and client specifications.
This may include:
Detail inspections
Exterior:
Washing, buffing, and waxing
Interior:
Vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing Keeping organized records related to gas levels and the condition of the vehicle Keeping a clean and organized workplace Leather repair Blackout trim Repair the plastic trim and the steering wheel Headlight restoration Film Installation Addendum Installation Touch-up work Lot Washes Communicate clearly with fellow Detailers and the
Detail Manager Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Pay:
$17 - $23 per hour Flexible Working Hours as dealerships are open Monday-Sunday Cross Training Career path and opportunities for growth Basic Health Care (After probationary period)
Requirements:
Clean driving record & valid driver's license Ability to work with a team Ability to communicate well and follow instructions Positive attitude Some experience in Car Wash and/or Automotive Detailing preferred
