• Inspect vehicles with intention and pride. Every car leaves meeting our quality standards — no exceptions. Solve it before it becomes a problem
• Spot hazards, identify what needs doing, and handle it without waiting to be asked. Proactive judgment is what separates good from great. Win as a team
• Communicate, support, and step in alongside Tunnel Operators and leaders to keep everything running strong. Stay ready, stay stocked
• Own your space — keep towels stocked, supplies ready, and the site running smoothly behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU BRING

Reliable attendance — you show up on time, ready to go, every shift Physically able to work outdoors in all weather on your feet for the full shift Comfortable with repetitive tasks without losing focus or quality Clear, warm communicator — you connect and make others feel welcome Available for weekends and holidays Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs Customer service or outdoor work experience is a plus — we'll train the right attitude
