Job Description As a Mobile Wash and Detail Technician , you will be responsible for operating and managing our mobile wash and detailing services, ensuring vehicles are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest company standards at customer locations. This role is essential in delivering a convenient, professional experience while maintaining strong attention to detail and representing the brand in the field. Key Responsibilities Perform mobile maintenance washes, detailing services, and basic vehicle cleaning at customer homes, offices, or designated service locations. Safely operate the mobile detailing van and maintain all onboard equipment including pressure washers, water tanks, vacuums, and chemicals. Complete exterior washes, interior cleaning, and light detailing services while maintaining consistent quality standards. Properly stage, organize, and maintain the mobile unit to ensure it remains clean, stocked, and ready for daily service. Communicate clearly with customers regarding arrival times, service expectations, and any vehicle concerns. Inspect vehicles for pre existing damage and report any concerns before beginning work. Manage supplies, towels, and chemicals within the van and notify management when restocking is needed. Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling protocols. Represent the company professionally while working in customer neighborhoods, homes, and businesses. Work efficiently in a mobile environment while maintaining high attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
