Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Deep Clean Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver thorough and high-quality deep cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence will help us exceed client expectations and uphold our reputation for trust and satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of homes and businesses, including floors, surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, and kitchens. Lead and oversee Deep Clean teams Assign tasks and coach team members Communicate with clients and the office about project progress Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet company standards. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of equipment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and address any concerns. Complete all necessary documentation accurately after each job, including service reports. Contribute to team efforts by sharing best practices and supporting fellow team members. Requirements Prior experience in deep cleaning or professional cleaning services preferred but not required; training provided. Bilingual English/Spanish Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods during cleaning tasks. Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills to complete jobs efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Valid driver's license, personal car with active insurance Strong leadership and organizational skills Smartphone Reliable transportation to travel between job sites within the service area. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
