Boat Detailer Helper

Overview We are seeking a motivated Boat Detailer Helper to assist with cleaning, detailing, and maintaining boats to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marine detailing industry while developing valuable skills in cleaning, detailing, and customer service. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Assisting with washing boats/cars/RV/Trailers Perform general exterior cleaning tasks such as polishing and cleaning metals, and cleaning seats/vinyl. Applying finishing coats of wax on all exterior waxable surfaces Perform general interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, wiping down interiors, and cleaning windows Ensure boats are prepared for customer delivery by inspecting for cleanliness and quality Support with custodial duties to maintain cleanliness of work areas, work vehicles, and storage spaces Experience Prior car or detailing experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided Janitorial or custodial experience can be advantageous for understanding cleaning procedures Experience with buffing, polishing, or ceramic coating is a plus but not mandatory Valid driver's license required
