We bring professional interior and exterior detailing directly to our customers. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Mobile Auto Detailing Technician to join our team. You'll be trained on our processes and expected to consistently deliver high-quality work. This is a hands-on job. You will be working outside, getting dirty, and physically moving equipment. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to get better—not someone looking to sit around and collect a paycheck. Responsibilities Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing Follow LuTai Detail's established SOPs and checklists Vacuum, blow out, scrub, wash, rinse, and dry vehicles Clean wheels, tires, door jambs, carpets, seats, glass, and interior surfaces Use equipment such as pressure washers, vacuums, steamers, extractors, compressors, and detailing tools Inspect vehicles before and after each detail Safely handle detailing chemicals and equipment Maintain and organize company equipment and supplies Keep the work area clean Communicate professionally with customers Identify legitimate opportunities for approved add-on services Collect payments when assigned Ask customers for reviews and future bookings Report damage, mistakes, missing equipment, or other problems immediately Follow company safety and operating procedures Work independently when trained and assigned to solo jobs
What We're Looking For:
Required:
Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Physically capable of performing a hands-on job for several hours Able to follow detailed instructions Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Professional with customers Honest and willing to take responsibility for mistakes Able to learn and follow company SOPs Valid driver's license. Driving is part of the position Detailing experience is preferred but not required. We can train the right person. What matters more than experience is work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Compensation & Advancement LuTai Detail uses a performance-based training and advancement system. Your compensation increases as you demonstrate that you can perform the job safely, efficiently, and independently. Stage 1 — Training | 15% per job You learn LuTai Detail's equipment, procedures, and detailing process while working under supervision. Stage 2 — Developing | 25% per job You perform more of the detail under supervision and demonstrate that you can consistently meet our quality standards. Stage 3 — Independent Technician | $17/hour Once fully trained and capable of completing jobs independently, you move to hourly pay at $17/hour . Stage 4 — Advanced Technician | $18/hour Technicians who consistently demonstrate excellent quality, efficiency, reliability, and productivity may advance to $18/hour . Advancement is based on demonstrated performance and ability—not simply how long you've worked here. Schedule Part-time/full-time opportunities available depending on business needs. Typical work is performed during daytime hours and may include weekends. Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.
