Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Car Wash Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. If you have a passion for cars and take pride in delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Perform opening and closing maintenance to standard.
- Assist in tunnel, parking lot, pit, and other cleaning tasks delegated by leadership.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Learn about our promotions and wash pass offers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area and equipment.
- Execute safety methods.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
