This is a W-2 position with workers' compensation coverage. We work at marinas and private docks — this is not a shop-based job.

What We're Looking For:

Experience buffing and polishing boats (gelcoat experience required) Reliable, honest, and able to work independently Must have your own transportation (we are fully mobile) Comfortable working outdoors, in the heat at marinas and private docks

Job Details:

Mobile boat detailing (no shop) Buffing, polishing, wash downs, and general detailing Approx. 30 hours per week (with opportunity for more) Weekly pay W-2 employee (taxes withheld) Workers' comp provided

Requirements:

Prior marine detailing / buffing experience Reliable transportation Ability to lift equipment and work safely on boats Professional attitude with clients and marina staff
