This role combines hands-on vehicle care with comprehensive training to empower aspiring detailers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring vehicles are spotless and well-maintained, and sharing your expertise to help others excel in the art of car detailing. Duties Perform thorough exterior and interior vehicle cleaning, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and window tinting when applicable Conduct detailed buffing, polishing, and paint correction to restore vehicle finishes to a pristine condition Apply cleaning products safely and effectively to ensure high-quality results while protecting vehicle surfaces Provide personalized customer service by understanding client needs and explaining detailing procedures clearly Assist in training new team members on proper detailing techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work areas to uphold professional standards Drive company vehicles to various customer locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines Skills Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously Experience with car wash techniques, detailing, buffing, and cleaning processes Knowledge of janitorial or custodial work that emphasizes attention to detail and thoroughness Valid driving license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between job sites Familiarity with window tinting application is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with team members in a training capacity This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about vehicle care who want to grow their expertise while helping others succeed.
