Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Detailer and become the driving force behind delivering pristine, showroom-quality vehicles to our valued customers! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for meticulously cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they look their absolute best inside and out. Your attention to detail, passion for automotive care, and commitment to customer satisfaction will help create a memorable experience for every customer who drives away in a sparkling clean vehicle. This position offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your skills in vehicle cleaning and detailing can truly shine! Duties Perform exterior washing using professional cleaning equipment, ensuring vehicles are spotless and free of dirt, grime, and streaks. Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing using automotive buffers to restore shine and remove minor imperfections. Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming carpets, cleaning upholstery, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring a fresh, inviting atmosphere inside the vehicle. Apply window tinting techniques where applicable, enhancing vehicle appearance and privacy. Safely operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles during service procedures. Maintain the cleanliness of the auto detailing facility by organizing tools, cleaning equipment, and work areas regularly. Follow safe work practices at all times while handling cleaning chemicals, heavy lifting tasks, and operating equipment to ensure personal safety and compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Prior experience in auto detailing or auto wash facilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of vehicle exterior washing techniques, automotive buffing, and paint correction is highly desirable. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude to ensure positive interactions with clients. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently. Familiarity with safe work practices related to custodial or janitorial work in an automotive environment.
