Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Car Detailing Technician and Trainer, where you'll bring professional car cleaning and detailing services directly to customers' locations. As a key player in our mobile detailing operation, you'll deliver high-quality cleaning, polishing, buffing, and window tinting services, ensuring every vehicle leaves looking pristine. Duties Perform comprehensive car wash, cleaning, and detailing services at customer locations using professional-grade equipment and products Execute advanced detailing tasks such as buffing, polishing, and interior cleaning to achieve a showroom finish Apply window tinting films accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and bubble-free application Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Conduct training sessions for new team members on detailing techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tools and supplies to ensure safety and efficiency during mobile operations Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies Qualifications Proven experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work with a strong attention to detail Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued for understanding cleanliness standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, steam cleaners, and pressure washers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles between locations Knowledge of window tinting techniques and safety procedures is a plus Willingness to learn new skills through hands-on training sessions and ongoing education This role is designed for energetic individuals who thrive on delivering quality results directly at the customer's doorstep.
