In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the pristine appearance and cleanliness of luxury yachts, ensuring they meet the highest standards of exterior and interior presentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. This position offers an engaging opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where craftsmanship and professionalism are highly valued. Duties Perform comprehensive exterior cleaning of yachts, including washing, wet sanding, buffing, and applying protective coatings to maintain vehicle paint correction standards. Operate equipment including rotary and orbital buffers safely and effectively. Follow safe work practices consistently while handling heavy lifting tasks and using custodial equipment. Assist with vessel paint/gelcoat correction and buffing procedures to restore yacht surfaces to optimal condition. Qualifications Prior experience in auto or yacht detailing. Knowledge of buffing and paint correction techniques. Strong understanding of safe work practices related to heavy lifting and custodial tasks. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on boat cleanliness maintenance. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
