THE ROLE

We're looking for a Sanitation Lead to ensure equipment, production areas, and processes meet strict safety, food safety, and sanitation standards. You'll support safe operations, oversee equipment cleaning, and help keep production running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate and support equipment including W25-1 & 2, Cryovac, L24, BIB, and fillers
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper sanitation
• Follow all safety, food safety, and OSHA guidelines
• Clean, rinse, sanitize, and assemble equipment using CIP procedures
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and support team members

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with sanitation activities and production equipment
• Ability to complete required training and certifications
• Math skills for weights, volumes, and production documentation
• Ability to lift 51-100 lbs and perform frequent bending, squatting, and climbing
• Ability to differentiate colors and work in multi-temp environments

THE SCHEDULE & SETTING

• 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Work in wet, humid, slippery areas with moving machinery
• Exposure to chemicals, airborne debris, and high noise levels
• PPE required
