Exterior Cleaning Technician No Pressure Exterior Cleaning Lawrenceville, GA 30044 $750 a week - Full-time $750 a week - Full-time Job Summary We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. You'll provide professional pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. No experience is required—we're willing to train the right person. We value a great attitude, reliability, and someone who takes pride in doing quality work. Responsibilities Pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, patios, and buildings Soft wash houses and delicate exterior surfaces Clean residential and commercial windows Perform gutter cleaning Operate pressure washing and cleaning equipment safely Drive company vehicle to job sites Communicate professionally with customers Take before and after photos of completed work Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle Follow all safety procedures Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial window cleaning is preferred; familiarity with storefront window cleaning techniques is a plus. Experience operating pressure washers for window cleaning applications is highly desirable. High school diploma or GED (preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 18 years old Able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Authorized to work in the United States Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms properties into pristine spaces!
