Pay:
Salary Benefits Responsibilities Managing day to day operations and work flow within the shop. Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability. Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently. Coaching and developing a team of Detailers and car wash attendants. Oversees the day-to-day performance of employees. Ensure the execution of the job in a safety manner Responsible for quality control. Manages all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.
