Automotive Detailer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Detailer to join our team at a fast-paced Buy Here Pay Here dealership. This position is responsible for cleaning, reconditioning, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles to ensure they are lot-ready and presented at a high standard for sale and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean interior and exterior of vehicles (wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo, wipe-downs) Remove stains, odors, and debris from vehicle interiors Clean and polish windows, mirrors, wheels, and tires Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail area and equipment Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues Assist with moving and organizing vehicles on the lot as needed

Requirements:

Previous auto detailing experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Must be able to stand, bend, and work in various weather conditions

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of detailing tools and cleaning chemicals Basic understanding of vehicle condition and presentation standards
