This position requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This is a Part-time position, Friday though Monday. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner. Assist customers with cleaning vehicles, if needed. (Floor mats, vacuum, interior windows, wipe vinyl) Remove trash and debris from the property and maintain a clean appearance throughout the shift. Assist customers with questions regarding wash services, memberships, promotions, and facility procedures. Promote and explain monthly membership options when appropriate and help customers understand the benefits of membership. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind. Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, lift, and perform physical tasks. Qualifications No previous car wash experience required; training will be provided. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Ability to follow directions and company procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must prioritize customer safety and satisfaction.
