Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and restoring vehicles to pristine condition, ensuring every customer drives away with a smile. Your enthusiasm for vehicle care and commitment to excellence will help us maintain our high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive car washes, including exterior cleaning, waxing, and buffing. Detail vehicles inside and out by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, and wiping down surfaces. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all vehicles meet cleanliness standards before delivery or customer pickup. Use custodial and janitorial skills to maintain the cleanliness of the shop area, including tools and equipment. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing fluids or replacing filters when necessary. Support other team members with vehicle preparation tasks like window tinting or minor cosmetic repairs. Drive vehicles safely within the lot for cleaning or repositioning as needed. Requirements Prior experience in car wash, detailing, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward clients and team members. Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, and vacuums safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving various vehicles around the lot. Knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques including buffing and window tinting is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involving bending, lifting, and kneeling.
