Job Summary We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our business, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and leaves with a sparkling clean vehicle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, possesses strong communication skills, and has a natural knack for sales and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

Greet customers warmly at the pay stations, explain our wash menu packages, and upsell premium services, retail products, and monthly unlimited wash memberships.

Tunnel Operations:

Safely guide vehicles onto the tunnel conveyor system using standard hand signals. Perform pre-wash vehicle inspections to check for loose parts, mirrors, or existing damage.

Vehicle Prep:

Use high-pressure sprayers and prep brushes to remove heavy dirt, bugs, and debris from vehicles before they enter the automated tunnel.

Site Upkeep:

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility by sweeping the lot, emptying trash cans, and cleaning the wash bay walls.

Equipment Monitoring:

Complete hourly equipment checks to ensure smooth operations and immediately report any mechanical or safety anomalies to management.

Schedule & Hours Shift Length:

Up to 10-hour shifts per day.

Availability:

Strong weekend availability is required. Full or part-time Qualifications & Skills Proven track record in a customer service or hospitality environment. Strong sales skills with the ability to confidently pitch memberships and upgrades to meet daily goals. Excellent active listening and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and stay comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
