We're looking for dependable, energetic people who want to learn, contribute, and grow with us. What You'll Do Welcome customers and create a positive experience Explain wash options and recommend VIP memberships Guide vehicles safely into the wash Learn how car-wash equipment and daily operations work Keep the wash, vacuum stations, and property clean Answer questions and help resolve customer concerns Support daily membership and customer-service goals Follow all safety and operating procedures What You'll Learn Customer service and communication Sales and membership promotion Car-wash operations and equipment basics Teamwork, problem-solving, and time management Leadership skills that can lead to advancement What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers Positive, motivated, and willing to learn Able to work outdoors in changing weather Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Available for some weekends and holidays Previous experience is helpful but not required Why New Wave?
