Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Hand Car Wash Technician who takes pride in turning out spotless vehicles and helping build an efficient team. At Tidal Wave Car Wash, we provide premium, scratch-free hand wash and detailing services. We skip the harsh automated brushes in favor of meticulous, hands-on care. We are looking for somebody that is committed and dependable.

Responsibilities Hand Washing & Drying:

Perform multi-bucket hand washes, gentle mitt cleaning, micro-fiber hand drying, and door jamb wiping on a variety of vehicles.

Wheel & Glass Care:

Deep clean wheels, tires, wheel arches, and brake dust build-up; clean all interior and exterior glass to a streak-free finish.

Interior Deep Cleaning:

Vacuum, wipe down, and sanitize all interior surfaces, including leather seats, cup holders, vents, and consoles.

Finishing Touches:

Apply tire dressing, exterior trim restoration, spray waxes, and interior air fresheners as specified by the service package.

Vehicle Movement:

Safely drive and maneuver customer vehicles in and out of wash bays and staging areas.

Shop Maintenance:

Keep wash bays, towels, buckets, pressure hoses, and chemical bottles organized and clean throughout the day. Qualifications Strong work ethic and high attention to detail. Previous experience in hand car washing or detailing is preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Physical stamina:

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work on your feet outdoors or in open-air bays in various weather conditions. Punctual, dependable, and capable of working well in a team environment. Pay:
