Job Description
We're not hiring someone to fill a seat. We're hiring someone to grow with us. Alchemy Detail Works is Kentucky's premier mobile detailing company — and we didn't earn that by accident. We have a standard and stick with it. We use professional-grade products, deionized water, and a proven process on every vehicle we touch. We're growing fast, and we're building a multi-truck fleet across Kentucky. The person we hire now gets in at the ground floor. No detailing experience required. We have a real training program that teaches you everything. What we can't teach is character — so that's what we're hiring for. You're a fit if you are: Reliable — you show up on time, every time Presentable — you represent the brand on every job Detail oriented — you notice what others miss Coachable — you take feedback and keep improving Hardworking — you don't cut corners, even when no one's watching Holding a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and clean criminal record (MVR and background check required — we service Fort Knox and surrounding military installations, so this is non-negotiable) Here's the path: Paid Training ($15-18/hr) — Shadow real jobs, learn our SOP start to finish. Paid from day one. Certification — Complete 3 solo jobs inspected against our quality checklist. Pass it, you're certified. Independent Operator (Commission + Bonuses) — Run your own jobs. Bonuses tied to 5-star reviews and quality scores. Your Own Branded Truck — Once you've proven quality and reliability, you get a fully equipped Alchemy vehicle. Lead Technician (6-12 months) — Top performers help train new hires and grow into leadership as we expand into new markets.
