Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while ensuring each vehicle is cleaned to the highest standards. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every customer, leaving their vehicles sparkling and spotless. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle wash and detailing needs Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, including automated and hand-wash stations Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, window cleaning, and exterior washing Apply detailing techniques like buffing, polishing, and window tinting when required Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties to ensure a safe environment Inspect vehicles for quality control before returning them to customers Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and ensuring customer satisfaction Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Experience with car wash procedures and detailing techniques Knowledge of buffing, polishing, and window tinting is a plus Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly Previous custodial or janitorial experience is advantageous Valid driving license with a clean driving record preferred for moving vehicles if needed Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards Join us in delivering top-tier vehicle care while building your skills in a lively, supportive environment!
