Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Operator and be the driving force behind delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services. Responsibilities Operate car wash equipment efficiently to deliver high-quality cleaning and detailing services Perform thorough vehicle washes, including exterior cleaning, interior vacuuming, window cleaning Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Assist customers with their vehicle needs in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service. Follow safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all team members Skills Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Experience with car wash systems, and cleaning processes Knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices to maintain cleanliness standards Ability to operate driving equipment such as carts or small vehicles safely when needed Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in vehicle appearance enhancement Prior custodial or janitorial experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Join us in creating a spotless experience for every customer!
