Job Description

Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant North Reading, MA $18+ per hour (based on experience) Full-Time | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 5-6 Days per Week We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant to join our busy used car dealership. This position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of our vehicles and property.
Responsibilities:
Wash, clean, and detail vehicles (interior and exterior) Maintain lot organization and cleanliness Move and park vehicles safely Assist with general lot maintenance (trash removal, snow removal, etc.) Perform basic vehicle checks (fluids, tire pressure, batteries) Support sales and service staff as needed
Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English for safety and customer service purposes Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred due to regular communication with Spanish-speaking customers Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required We are looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their work and is ready to contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
