Job Description
Job Overview Rojo Car Wash is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Car Wash Sales Associates. This is a sales-driven position that combines customer service, membership sales, and daily facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated by sales goals, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while helping customers get the most value from their car wash experience. Responsibilities Promote and sell car wash memberships and service plans to customers. Assist customers with membership enrollment, plan upgrades, renewals, and account management. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer questions or concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility appearance. Empty trash receptacles and keep customer areas clean and organized. Clean wash pits and perform routine site housekeeping tasks. Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned. Monitor the wash area to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable approaching customers and discussing membership options. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Must be able to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.
